I've spent eight years asking why before asking how.

I believe brand is a business decision dressed as a visual one. My job is to make sure both sides of that equation are right — and then make it look like it was always obvious.

The hardest brand decisions rarely look like design decisions. They look like a founder choosing between two futures, or a CMO defending a positioning no one's tested yet. I've spent eight years being useful in those board rooms.
