Raicho Capital
Raicho Capital entered the market with an ambitious goal: to connect Japanese investors with international opportunities. But ambition alone wasn’t enough.
They faced two big hurdles.
A bilingual website was non-negotiable. English and Japanese audiences both needed a seamless experience that built credibility instantly.
The sales team had no reliable presentation system, their Canva deck broke layouts, shifted fonts, and looked inconsistent from slide to slide.
As their design partner, my role was to create a digital presence that worked flawlessly across markets and devices, while giving the sales team tools that projected confidence in every investor meeting.
The identity leaned on deep navy and neutral tones to signal stability, a must in fintech industry, balanced with sharp accent colors that guided attention in charts and data. For type, we chose Plus Jakarta Sans that handled bilingual layouts without losing readability.
Through testing across web, print, and slides, I refined how these elements worked together so the language stayed consistent, whether you were browsing on mobile in Tokyo or reviewing a pitch deck in New York.
No-code, fast, and built for trust.
The website had to do more than showcase Raicho’s story, it had to feel seamless, credible, and accessible from day one. I built it on a no-code platform, making it lightweight, easy to manage, and scalable as the firm grew.
From launch, it was fully bilingual in English and Japanese, optimized for responsiveness, and tested across devices. The result was an interactive site that guided users naturally through Raicho’s offering, keeping bounce rates low and engagement high.

When I joined, the Raicho team was using a Canva deck that shifted fonts and broke layouts with every edit. It made every pitch feel like a risk.
I rebuilt the deck from scratch, this time as a scalable framework. The new presentation included pre-built templates for charts and content, a consistent type system, and flexible layouts for different audiences. Instead of redesigning slides every time, the team now had a tool they could adapt quickly without losing professionalism.
For the sales team, the shift was huge. They no longer worried about formatting mid-pitch, they could focus entirely on the conversation with investors.

A brand ready for global conversations.
In just a couple weeks, Raicho moved from a concept to a credible financial brand with a functional website and consistent sales tools.
Most importantly, the sales team reported higher confidence in meetings, knowing they had a professional, consistent identity behind them.
And beyond numbers, the team’s feedback said it all. 👇
