Overview
The client needed a faster, more consistent way for teams to create brand-compliant presentations. Manually customizing Google Slides templates was time-consuming, inconsistent, and frustrating. To fix this, I designed a user-friendly web application where users can quickly browse, customize, and apply pre-built templates—ensuring every presentation stays on-brand while saving time.

The Challenge
Marketing, project management and sales teams needed a way to quickly find, customize, and apply brand-consistent templates without wasting time on manual edits to create their presentations. Existing tools lacked intuitive navigation, flexibility, and strong brand integration, leading to inconsistent results and delays.
The Solution
The platform includes advanced search and filtering to help users find the right template fast, pre-set brand elements (theme, colors, fonts, logos) for consistency, that redirected to Goolge Slides using API. A step-by-step guide was build to ensure easy onboarding, making the process effortless. By eliminating manual formatting and design inconsistencies, the solution helps teams create polished, professional presentations while maintaining brand integrity.
The Result
The platform reduced presentation creation time by 40%, eliminating the frustration of finding and customizing templates. Brand consistency improved significantly, ensuring every presentation stayed on-brand without extra effort. During prototype testing with stakeholders, team leaders, and members, 85% rated the platform as easy to use, highlighting its effectiveness in streamlining workflows. Although full development is still in progress, the prototype has already demonstrated its potential to enhance efficiency and improve the overall presentation workflow.
